Mazak control: Mazatrol, G-codes and M-codes
Mazak references for CNC programming: G-code and M-code tables and fixed cycles for Mazatrol controls in EIA/ISO mode.
Yamazaki Mazak is a Japanese machine tool builder that develops its own CNC control, Mazatrol. A Mazatrol control runs two kinds of programs: conversational Mazatrol programs, in which workpiece data and machining units are entered on screen, and EIA/ISO programs written in G-code. Control generations include Fusion 640, Matrix, Matrix 2, SmoothX and SmoothG.
The pages in this section cover EIA/ISO programming on Mazak machining centers and Integrex multitasking machines.
G-codes
Mazak EIA/ISO G-codes for Mazatrol machining centers and Integrex machines: everyday commands, full list with modal groups, and T/M series differences.
M-codes
Mazak M-codes for machining centers and Integrex multitasking machines: everyday codes, program chaining with M998/M999, and a full list grouped by function.
Fixed cycles
Mazak EIA/ISO fixed cycles: block structure, address meanings, drilling, tapping and boring cycles, hole patterns, and turning cycles on Integrex machines.
